Executive Functioning Tutoring
The Themba Tutors team is learning specialists, academic tutors, and executive function coaches with masters-level or doctorate degrees related to helping children and adults with or without learning differences. All staff have experience teaching and tutoring in public and private educational settings, and many have executive function coaching expertise.
Our Services
Many of our specialists are scholars who have written and lectured extensively about learning differences and education. Clients benefit from working with our qualified tutors, specially trained to assess and focus on content, skills, and/or particular learning differences.
English Literature Tutors
Our learning specialists and academic tutors provide 1:1 individualized tutoring in Literature for high school and college students.
Online tutoring
Our multidisciplinary team of professionals hold advanced degrees and have many years of experience working with students with and without learning differences of all ages and of all skill levels.
Special Education Itinerant Teacher
We often witness children with learning and attentional difficulties, and their parents struggle with keeping up with their academic requirements.
College Coaching Services
College coaching allows students and their families to approach the college process with an informed perspective on the array of postsecondary options available for their child.
Autism Spectrum Disorder
A kid with autism may have touch trouble with this stuff or tons. Some kids need only a touch little bit of help, et al. might need tons of help with learning and doing everyday stuff.

Craig Selinger, a speech and language therapist and learning specialist, and Dr. Blythe Grossberg, a learning specialist with a Doctorate in Psychology, launched Themba Tutors in the summer of 2012. They built a local, multidisciplinary education company grounded in contemporary scientific research and technology with a mission to support all learners of all ages in the comfort of their homes, schools, or online.
